(id_020) edible chunky slime

Recipe
Ingredients 1.5L water, 100g tapioka starch, 5g agar agar powder, 3g baking soda, ½ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp spirulina powder, 1 tbsp beet juice
Preparation
- bring 500ml of water to a boil
- dissolve baking soda, stirr in agar agar powder and cook for one more minute
- seperate the argar mixture into three portions and mix one with beet juice, one with turmeric and one with spirulina, set all of them aside to let cool completely
- stirr the tapioka starch into 250ml of cold water
- bring 750mlwater to a boil
- whisk the tapioka-water into the boiling water
- cook while constantly stirring until translucent, take of the heat immediately so it does not burn and set aside to cool
- once the colors have set into a gel, break them into crumbles and stirr them into the tapioka
- if you want it to look a bit uglyer mix a pinch of turmeric powder into the the whole slimy mess
Disposal
cleaning stains can be removed with water, stubborn patches may need help from a brush
disposal since it is foodgrade, it can be disposed of as you would, food scraps
