Recipe

Ingredients: 1L water, 100g tapioka starch , 4 tbsp beet juice

Preparation: 1. stirr the tapioka starch into 250ml of cold water
2. bring 750mlwater to a boil
3. whisk the tapioka-water into the boiling water
4. cook while constantly stirring until translucent, take of the heat immediately so it does not burn 5. stirr in the beet juice and set aside to cool (feel free to add a little more juice for more intense color)

Disposal

cleaning: stains can be removed with water, stubborn patches may need help from a brush

disposal: since it is foodgrade, it can be disposed of as you would, food scraps
