Recipe

Ingredients

1L water 10g agar agar powder 5g sodium carbonate (baking soda)

preparation

  1. bring water to a boil
  2. dissolve soda and agar powder
  3. poor liquid into mold and let sit until cold and firm to the touch (can be sped up by putting it into fridge)
  4. unmold and leave as it is or cut into pieces

Disposal

cleaning easy to peal of smooth surfaces gelling can be reversed by heat

disposal it is food grade, and can be disposed of as you would food scraps
